| Abstract: | Beyond the learned value of the individual special collections in their chosen fields of learning is called the added value of the special collections.Cultural creation of the added value of the special collections must adhere to the principle at the educational,historical,contemporary,characteristic,and throughout three basic relations of the cultural inheritance and reference,cultural interpretation and selection,culture integration and practice. |
