| 摘 要： | 对野葛叶片愈伤组织的诱导及其可溶性糖的含量进行了研究.研究结果表明:6-BA 2mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L对叶片愈伤组织的诱导效果最好.愈伤组织诱导形成期间可溶性糖含量均呈现先降后升再降的趋势.

| Abstract: | Callus inducement and soluble sugar content mensuration of Pueraria lobata were studied.The results showed that the best medium of leaf-callus inducement was MS 2 mg/L BA 0.5 mg/L NAA.The soluble sugar content in leaf-induced callus decreased first and then increased,and at last it decreased again. |
