| 摘 要： | 茶叶加工与茶叶产品质量安全已成为广西茶产业发展的技术关键,直接影响到茶叶产品的出口和国际市场的竞争力。针对广西茶叶生产实际,根据无公害茶叶加工技术标准,从加工厂环境、鲜叶原料、加工工艺、成品包装等环节探索研究一套标准化茶叶加工技术管理规程,推广与示范,有效地提高茶叶产品质量,为广西茶产业发展提供技术支撑。

| Abstract: | Tea processing and product quality have become the key technologies in tea industry and impact directly the export and international competitive ability.Based on the technical standard of non-polluted tea processing,a series of technical regulations have been researched to increase tea quality and provide technical support to the development of tea industry in Guangxi. |
