摘    要:以"中坪一号"野牛草为材料,研究低温胁迫对其幼苗叶片细胞膜透性和保护酶系统的影响。结果表明,低温胁迫对叶片细胞膜造成一定的损伤,胁迫时间越长细胞膜受到的伤害越大,但在一定限度的胁强下,叶片细胞膜不会造成永久性伤害。随低温胁迫时间的延长,叶片中SOD、POD和CAT活性均表现为先升高后降低的变化规律,但三种酶的变化有所不同。POD活性表现为波动较大,当胁迫持续到24h时,POD活性明显降低,几乎与对照持平,说明POD对低温更敏感;SOD活性一直保持较高的水平;CAT活性与SOD活性变化保持一致,这两种酶在低温适应性调节过程中表现出协同作用。

Abstract:The effects of low temperature on cell membrane permeability and protective enzyme system in leaves of 'Zhongping No.1' buffalograss Buchloe dactyloides(Nutt.)
