摘    要:应用AFLP技术对东亚飞蝗在8个种群间的遗传多态性进行了分析。用SPSS11.5软件进行的聚类分析结果表明:东亚飞蝗在8个种群间存在遗传分化,同属于沿海蝗区的山东东营与河北黄骅、玉田种群间的关系较近,属于内涝蝗区的河南汝南与属于河泛蝗区的河南兰考、濮阳、武陟种群间聚为一类,但关系相对较远,而有一定地理隔离的河南灵宝种群单独为一类;同时种群之间的遗传分化与地理距离呈一定的相关性。

Abstract:The polymorphisms of Locusta migratoria manilensis(Meyen) among the 8 area populations from Runan(Henan),Lingbao(Henan),Wuzhi(Henan),Lankao(Henan),Puyang(Henan),Dongying(Shangdong),Huanghua(Hebei) and Yutian(Hebei) were studied using AFLP technique.The dendrogram based on SPSS11.5 software Average Linkage(within group) revealed that genetic variation is existent among the 8 area populations of locust.The populations of Dongying,Huanghua and Yutian were intimate,and the populations of Runan,Lankao,Puyang and Wuzhi were grouped into the same cluster but with distant relation,while the population of Lingbao was an independent cluster.The results indicated that there was a positive relationship between genetic differentiation and geographic distance.
