红叶石楠穴盘自动弥雾快速育苗技术研究

摘    要:为了提高红叶石楠快繁效率和种苗质量,降低生产成本,对红叶石楠穴盘嫩枝扦插自动弥雾育苗技术进行了研究。结果表明扦插基质珍珠岩与蛭石的比例为3∶1时,扦插苗根系最发达;400~600倍K2205生根粉浸泡处理插穗时,生根率最高;6月份,扦插生根率最高,可达96.5%,生根时间最短,只有37.3 d;采用珍珠岩与蛭石(比例为3∶1)作扦插基质,每日弥雾10次,繁苗效果最好。西北林学院学报22卷第6期廖华俊等红叶石楠穴盘自动弥雾快速繁苗技术研究

Abstract:To improve the efficiency and quality of the breeding of Photinia fraseri seedlings,lower the production cost,the rapid breeding technique of P.fraseri with autospraying system were investigated.The results showed that cutting medium supplemented with perlite and vermiculite(3∶1) could enhance the root system of the seedlings;Cuttings treated with K2205 rooting powder diluted by 400-600 times had highest rooting rate,this value was 96.5% in June and the shortest rooting time was only 37.3 d,autospraying 10 times a day in June was recommended.Photinia fraseri; plug seedling; compound medium; autospraying system
