摘    要:从寄生蜂的优势度、数量和时间动态等方面,对含cry1Ab基因的Bt水稻对稻田寄生蜂群落的影响作了评价。寄生蜂各科的组成与优势度的分布在Bt稻田和对照间无显著差异,但数量低于对照,其中,优势类群茧蜂数量显著低于对照。从田间动态看,仅在寄生蜂发生的高峰期,Bt稻田中的主要寄生蜂才显著低于对照。因此,Bt水稻对靶标害虫主要寄生蜂尤其是茧蜂可能具一定的负面影响。

Abstract:The impacts of transgenic Bacillus thuringiensis rice(Bt rice)with a cry1Ab gene on parasitoid subcommunity were comparatively investigated and assessed under field conditions in terms of dominance,number and seasonal changes of parasitoids density.There was no significant difference in family composition and dominance between the Bt rice and control plots.However,the number of parasitoid wasps in the Bt rice plots were lower than that of the control.Braconidae were the dominant family,and the number of braconids in Bt rice plots were significantly lower than those in the control.The density in the peak period of the dominant parasitoids in Bt rice plots were significantly lower than in the control.The result suggests that Bt rice might possibly act to show negative effects on dominant species of parasitoid wasps,particularly braconids,for target insect pests.
