胆管接桥术在猪胆汁引流中的应用及其与胆囊造瘘术引流的比较

本文以体重为85—127kg的杂交育肥猪117头进行胆管接桥术引流胆汁试验,并且与胆囊造瘘术引流做比较,结果表明:胆管接桥术引流胆汁引流期最长达56天,平均日流量最高达786.48ml,引流总量最多达38260ml,手术所需时间最短达72min,不脱管,一般不影响猪的正常生长。胆管接桥术和胆囊造瘘术的平均每头胆汁引流量分别为529.62ml/d和283.40ml/d;平均可引流天数分别为29.2和13.6;平均每头手术所需时间为94.0min和105.6 min;引流管脱管率分别为0%和40%。胆管接桥术的效果显著优于胆囊造瘘术引流。

Application of Bridging Biliary Duct in Pig's Bile Drain and Bile Drain Comparsion with Fistulization of Gallblardder

This paper deals with the bile drains of 117 crossbred pigs by bridging biliary ducts. Thebody, weights of the pigs were 85-127 kg. The bile drains of 5 pigs was compared with thefistulizations of gallbladder. The results were summarized as follows: The average bile drainperiods for each pig by two methods were 29.2 and 13.6 days, respectivey; the largest totalcopacities of bile drains were 38620 and 5770 ml, respectivery; the average lasting periods of theoperation on each pig were 94 and 105. 6 minutes; the daily average bile drain capacities were529.6 and 283.4 ml; the disjointed rates of the bile drainage tube were 0 and 40%, respectively.Generally, the experiment method taken did not affect pig's growth and development.
