抗疲劳功能性食品复方添加剂安全毒理学初步试验

摘    要:本实验对自行设计的一种抗疲劳功能性食品复方添加剂进行了急性毒性试验和30天喂养试验。结果表明,该添加剂对小鼠的LD50>15g/㎏,属于无毒物质。将该添加剂以10%的比例添加到鼠料中喂养小鼠30天,饲养期间小鼠一般情况良好;饲养结束后有关结构观察和指标测定表明,小鼠主要组织器官解剖学结构、显微结构及超微结构无病理学改变,功能正常。因此,该添加剂对小鼠的 MNL>10g/㎏,亚慢性毒性极低。

Abstract:The acute toxicity and subchronic toxicity of an antifatigue functional food compound additive were studied in this experiment. The results showed that median lethal dose (LD50 )of the additive was higher than 15g/kg , so it was a kind of nonpoisonous substance according to the grading standards of acute toxicity of chemical substance. In 30-day-fed test , in which the additive content in feed was as high as 10% , the general condition of mice of experimental group was good during the fed period , the structure and function of their main organs and tissues were in normal condition. Therefore its maximum no effect level (MNL) was higher than 10g/kg and its subchronic toxicity was very low.
