摘    要:利用雷达-雨量计-粒子激光探测仪联合校准法,设计了雷达-雨量计-粒子激光探测仪联合估测辽宁试验区降水量业务系统。结果表明,该系统可以提高缺乏雨量计或雨量计网密度较小地区降水量的观测精度,更好地预测洪涝、风暴等灾害的范围和强度。

Abstract:The operational system of Liaoning artificial precipitation experimental areal rainfall estimated by radar and rain-gauge and parsivel was designed using a new method of areal rainfall estimated by radar and rain-gauge and parsivel.The results indicated that the actual rainfall spatial distribution could be reflected preferably and observing accuracy of precipitation could be improved in the region of lack of rain-gauge using the operational system.
