丹参对链尿佐菌糖尿病大鼠脂代谢的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨丹参对糖尿病大鼠脂代谢的影响。方法:按照60mg/kg体重腹腔注射链脲佐茵(STZ),建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型,将大鼠30只随机分为丹参治疗组和模型对照组(n=15)。治疗组给予丹参水煎剂15mg/kg·d,模型对照组和正常对照组给予相同剂量的蒸馏水,试验期为28d。给药后7、14、21、28d分别空腹取大鼠静脉血,分离血清,检测血糖、甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量变化,研究丹参对糖尿病大鼠脂代谢的影响。结果:用药28d后,丹参治疗组与模型对照组血糖水平差异不显著,与正常对照组相比较差异显著(P〈0.05);丹参治疗组甘油三酯、总胆固醇含量较模型对照组降低显著(P〈0.05),与正常对照组相比较差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论:丹参对链脲佐茵糖尿病大鼠脂代谢有显著影响。

Abstract:Objective:To discussion the effects of Danshen root on lipid metabolism in diabetic rats induced by STZ. Methods: Diabetic Ⅱ models were made in rats injected with STZ at 60 mg/kg,then 30 model rats were divided into Danshen treatment group and model control group (n=15),and normal control group was also established (n=20). Danshen treatment group was given Danshen decoction at 15 mg/kg·d,the model control group and normal control group were given the same dose of distilled water,the trial period was 28 d. After administration of 7,14,21,and 28 d,the changes of blood sugar,triglycerides and total cholesterol in sera were measured respectively. Results: On 28th,the level of blood sugar in Danshen treatment group showed significant difference (P〈0.05) compared with normal control group. The level of triglycerides and total cholesterol in Danshen treatment group showed significant decrease (P〈0.05) than normal control group. Conclusion: Danshen root could effectively impact the lipid metabolism of diabetic rats induced by STZ.
