摘    要:以白熟期和半红期冬枣果实为试材,研究了常温贮藏条件下不同成熟度冬枣的贮藏效果。结果表明:白熟期冬枣贮藏品质较佳,腐烂少,呼吸速率低,但后期乙烯释放量高。

Abstract:The storage effects of different maturity of Ziziphus Jujuba cv.Dongzao at ambient temperature were studied.The results showed that the quality of Dongzao at white-mature stage was better with less decay and lower respiration rate,yet the ethylene release was higher than that at half-red stage.
