| Abstract: | The paper summarizes the effects of the measures used for improving desertifiedgrasslands. These measures include closing, supplementary sowing. and planting. The in-vestitation results show that both quality and quantity of froage grasses from the improvedgrassland have largely increased, sand dunes have been fixed and covered by grasses andshrubs, achieving significant ecological ,economic and social benefits. |
