| 摘 要： | 我国林业科研成果多,但实现技术贸易的少,成果转化率低。认为当前成果评价体系不规范、成果自身缺陷、行业特点、投资主体和投资环境问题及体制弊端是林业成果转化率低的主要原因。针对这些问题,提出了可能的解决途径。

| Abstract: | There were large number of technical achievements on forestry,but few of them were traded on the technical markets and utilized to improve the production of forestry or contributed to the progress of economy.The major reasons were pointed out here which could be traced back to the abnormal evaluating system on academic and technical achievements,drawbacks of the achievements themselves,features of forestry,problems of investors and investing environment,and the malpractices of social system.And some possible countermeasures were proposed based on the analyzing. |
