| 摘 要： | 农业综合开发项目中投资量最大、面向基层的项目就是土地治理项目,项目实施的成功与否直接影响到项目区千家万户的增收、增效,而检查验收则是检验项目实施的手段。项目检查验收中经常出现而又经常忽略的一些问题常常得不到解决,提高建设标准、加强整改力度,是提高农业综合开发项目建设水平的有力措施。

| Abstract: | The land improvement project has the most investment and is oriented toward grassroots in the agriculture comprehensive development project. Whether this project is successful or not will influence thousands of families in this area. So the inspection and evaluation are the means of inspection about the project implement. But some problems can not be solved or are ignored during the inspection and evaluation. Improving the standard and innovating strongly are the methods to enhance the agriculture development project. |
