小麦植株发育过程中顶三叶结构的变化特征

摘    要:采用常规制片方法,在光学和电子显微镜下观察了不同小麦品种顶三叶的显微和超微结构。结果表明,随着叶位上升,叶表皮气孔缩小,密度增大,叶脉间的距离缩短;叶肉细胞变小,排列更紧密,单位横截叶面积中叶肉细胞的数目以及单个叶肉细胞中叶绿体的数目增多,而叶绿体中多基粒片层所占比例有减少的趋势。

Abstract:The top-three leaves' micro-structure and ultra-structure of different wheat varieties were observed under optical and electrical microscopes by routine slicing method.The results indicate that,with the ascending of leaf location,leaf epidermis stoma becomes small and its amount increases;the interval between veins becomes short;mesophyll cells become small and arranged more closely,amount of mesophyll cells in unit cross-section area and chloroplasts in a single mesophyll cell increase,and the percent of higher granular lamellae in chloroplast decreases.
