| 摘 要： | 通过对一送检病狐临床症状的调查,剖检病变和细菌学检查,并进行RT-PCR检测犬瘟热病毒,确诊该狐为犬瘟热继发大肠杆菌感染,通过疫苗注射和治疗细菌感染,较好地控制了该病。

| Abstract: | A died fox was delivered from a fox farm in Liaoning province.According to clinical symptoms,pathologic examination,bacteriological diagnosis,and detection of canine distemper virus specific RT-PCR,the fox was diagnosed canine distemper mixed with bacterial infection.The therapy was taken by injecting vaccine and curing bacterial infection,and the disease was controlled effectively. |
