| 摘 要： | 加大农业科技投资力度是促进农业科技发展、解决"三农"问题的有效手段。在对农业科技投资进行国际比较的基础上,认为我国农业科技投资明显不足,导致了农业科技发展滞后,并提出了促进农业科技发展的对策和建议。
