中亚热带东部毛竹林土壤微生物生物量的研究

摘    要:采用“干重换算法”研究了中亚热带东部毛竹林土壤微生物的生物量。结果表明,毛竹林中真菌与放线菌的生物量在总生物量中占绝对优势,其总生物量随季节变化为7月大于4月,10月大于1月,且总生物量与土壤含水率不相关,与地表温度呈极显著正相关;微生物生物量随土层的加深而减少,其生物量与土壤垂直深度呈极显著负相关;中亚热带东部毛竹林土壤微生物总生理量约在10.98-19.94t/hm^2。

Abstract:Study on microbe biomass by dry weight conversion method in Phyllostachys heterocycla cv. pubescens stand in the eastern subtropical region resulted that fungus and ray fungus biomass took absolute predominance in the total biomass which changed with season and had no relation with moisture content of soil, but had close relation with surface temperature. Microbe biomass decreased along with the depth of soil layer. The total microbe biomass in Ph he-terocycla cv. pubescens stand in the eastern subtropical region was about 10.98-19.94t/hm2.
