| 摘 要： | 本文以江苏省苏北地区为例，来研究欠发达地区农户融资行为，通过160份有效农户调查问卷来描述苏北地区农户微观融资现状，并且用Tobit和Probit模型来实证分析了影响欠发达地区农户融资的因素。结果表明农户收入、户主年龄、生产性支出、教育支出和住房建设支出是影响欠发达地区农户融资行为的主要因素。最后根据实证结论提出相关建议。

| Abstract: | The article takes the northern Jiangsu province for example to research farmers ＇ financing in underdeveloped areas.Through 160 effective surveys,it describes the present situation of the farmers ＇ microscopic financing in northern Jiangsu province;through model Tobit and Probit,it analyses the reasons influencing farmers ＇ financing in underdeveloped areas.As a result,it shows farmers ＇ income,age,production expense,education expense and home building expense are the main elements influencing farmers ＇ financing in underdeveloped areas. |
