| 摘 要： | 西昌市经过多年发展农业转型升级较为成功。笔者通过随机抽样发放问卷并辅以个别访谈的形式，在西昌市各乡镇进行了实地调查。经过对800户农村居民的信息需求进行调查、统计分析与研究，总结了西昌市在农业转型升级时期信息需求与服务建设情况，以其取得的成效向我国西部地区辐射，为农村可持续发展中农业信息化建设提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | It is relatively successful in Xichang City after years of development of agricultural transformation and upgrading. A research study is carried out in Xichang City by doing questioner and individual interview. By investigating, doing statistical analysis and research of the needs for 800 rural residents, the author has summed the information demand and service construction during the period of transforming and upgrading agriculture, as well as its effectiveness and achievement in west of China, which can provide reference for sustainable development of agricultural transformation. |
