| 摘 要： | 用稻谷、大米、玉米、小麦及添加剂一号、二号、三号,在室内和田间对南方特有鼠种——板齿鼠进行了适口性的选择试验。结果表明:饵料以稻谷的适口性最好,其次是大米、小麦、玉米,添加剂以一号的效果最好,其次是二号、三号。经大面积试验,用稻谷加添加剂一号与敌鼠钠盐配制的毒饵,投毒后14天调查,灭鼠效果为93.4％。

| Abstract: | Selected house and field trials were conducted to study the effect of rice grains,shelled rice grains,maize grains and wheat grains added with additive No.1,No.2 and No.3 respectively on the appetite of placodontia rat(a special rat in south China).The result indicated that rice grains among baits mentioned above were most appetizing for placodontia rat,next were shelled rice grains;additive No.1 was the most appetizing,next was No.3 and No.2.The finished bait consisting of rice grains,additive No.1 and diphacinone was tested on large area.The investigation result indicated that its destruction rate to the rat was 93.4% after the baits applicated for 14 days. |
