应用型本科院校人力资源管理课程实践教学体系构建

摘    要:人力资源管理这门课程有其自身的专业独特性,实践实习类课程在提升其理论理解程度,加深各项工具模型的掌握方面具有极其重要的意义。本文通过分析人力资源管理课程的实践教学体系构建的意义,提出目前应用型本科院校人力资源管理实践教学中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了构建人力资源管理课程实践教学体系的策略。

Abstract:Human Resources Management Course has its professional uniqueness, the courses of practice have extremely important in enhancing their theoretical understanding and deepening the master model of the tools. By analysis on the meaning of practice teaching system construction of Human Resource Management course, provides the problems existed in practice teaching of Human Resource Management course in applied undergraduate colleges, and provides some on these problems.
