梨果成熟生理特性的研究

摘    要:1988年在江苏省江都果园对鸭梨、酥梨果实的呼吸强度,乙烯生成量、果胶酶活性、果实硬度等进行测定,结果如下:鸭梨、酥梨两品种果实均可在树上通过呼吸跃变而成熟,分期采收的果与树上留果在盛花后155天即9月18日通过呼吸高峰,跃变时有超前的果胶酶活性峰、超前或平行的乙烯生成峰,但酥梨果没有检测到乙烯。另外,晚采的果实比早采的果实较快的进入呼吸跃变。

Abstract:Some physiologial characteristics, the changes of respiration, ethylene emanation, pectin methyl estrase (PME) and flesh firmness of pear fruits-of two pear cultivars, Su-Li and Ya-Li (Pyrus Bretschne deri Rehd), were studied, in Jingdu Orchard of Jiangsu Province in 1988. The result shows that whethey cultivars were picked or remained on tree, both climacteric rise of respiration (CRR) of pear fruits would occur on Sept. 18 (155days from full blossom stage). It could also be seen that there were a peak of ethylene emanation and a early occurred peak of IME activity in Ya-Li Pear, but the existence of ethylene in Su-Li Pear could not be determined. The climacteric rise of respiration in late-picked fruits occurred earlier than in early-picked fruits did.
