水分胁迫下持绿型玉米根系形态及根系活力的研究

摘    要:在盆栽条件下,研究开花期和灌浆期干旱胁迫对持绿型玉米丹598和普通玉米黄早四根系形态及其活力的影响。结果表明,持绿型玉米丹598具有较长的总根长、较大的根表面积、根体积、根干重、根冠比及根系还原力,与普通玉米黄早四相比,水分胁迫下上述指标的降幅较小。在干旱条件下,持绿型玉米丹598能保持较好的根系形态和较高的根系活力。

Abstract:The effects of water stress at flowering and filling stages on root morphology and activity of stay green maize Dan598 and common maize Huangzaosi were studied under pot cultivation.Compared with common maize Huangzaosi,stay green maize Dan598 showed higher total root length,root surface area,root volume,root dry weight,root/shoot and root reducing capacity.Under water stress,root morphology indexes and reducing capacity of stay green maize Dan598 decreased in smaller extents than did common maize Huangzaosi.We suggested that stay green maize Dan598 could maintain good root morphology and high root activity under the condition of water stress,which ensured stay green maize maintaining normal growth and development status.
