抗微管除草剂对玉米单倍体加倍效果研究

摘    要:用氟乐灵、拿草特两种抗微管除草剂和秋水仙素在不同处理部位、不同处理时间和浓度条件下对玉米单倍体进行单倍体加倍效率研究。结果表明,3种药剂用浸种法处理玉米单倍体的加倍率以氟乐灵在浓度80μmol/L处理20 h最高(35.7%),用浸芽法处理的加倍率以拿草特在浓度60μmol/L处理24 h最高(24.8%),用浸根法处理的加倍率以氟乐灵在浓度40μmol/L处理15 h最高(16.8%)。因此抗微管除草剂氟乐灵对玉米单倍体加倍效果最好。

Doubling Effect of Anti-microtubule Herbicides on the Maize Haploid

Abstract:Two anti-microtubule herbicides and colchicine were used to double the haploid.Different parts of different processing conditions,processing time and the concentration of maize doubling haploid were treated for researching the double efficiency.The results showed that in three kinds of pharmaceutical treatment,the double rate of immersing seed into trifluralin of the concentration 80 μmol/L for 20 h was the highest(35.7%),the double rate of immersing bud with the pronamide of the concentration 60 μmol/L for 24 h was the highest(24.8%),the double rate of immersing root with the trifluralin of the concentration 40 μmol/L for 15 h is the highest(16.8%).In conclusion,the anti-microtubule herbicide trifluralin on maize doubled haploid was better.
