| 摘 要： | 城市边缘区作为一个特殊的区域空间，在城市发展过程中起着极其重要的作用，它是城市和乡村联系的纽带，为城市生产和生活日益扩张提供后备空间。城市边缘区土地利用对城市和城市周围地区的居民生产、生活方式，经济要素的流转方式以及生态环境保护都起着重要的影响。及时掌握城市边缘区土地利用变化情况，合理进行土地利用规划，对实现可持续发展，构建和谐社会十分必要。

| Abstract: | Urban fringe areas as a special space in the urban development process plays a vital role, it is the urban and rural ties for the urban expansion of production and living space to provide back-up. Urban fringe land use on urban and peri-urban areas of the product,lifestyle ,economic factors,as well as the circulation play an important ecological and environmental protection are affected.Timely information on urban fringe land-use changes and reasonable land use planning,to achieve sustainable development,is necessary to build a harmonious society. |
