This article analyzed the necessity of implementing the integration of urban and rural tax system from the theoreti-cal and the practical point of view, analyzed the feasibility of integration of urban and rural tax system from current political environment and economic conditions, proposed concrete countermeasures for the city and countryside tax system reforming, as well as promoting the rural economic development.
