| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种基于灰色ＧＭ模型的，在经济建设规模及布局都是部分已知部分未知（待定）的情况下，确定城市开发区污染物排放量的预测计算方法，以湖南城陵矶经济技术开发区为实例，讨论了方法的具体应用和有关的细节处理，本文介绍的污染物排放量的计算方法比较适用于处于城市边缘区的城市开发区（尤其是经济技术开发区）。
