摘    要:目的]探讨几个多花木蓝新品系的辐射敏感性和适宜辐射剂量。方法]以6个多花木蓝品系的干种子为材料,研究了不同辐射剂量对多花木蓝种子萌发能力的影响,寻找其适宜的辐射剂量。结果]辐射处理后,辐射剂量与多花木蓝新品系的种子发芽率呈负相关。随着辐射剂量的增加,各参试材料种子的相对发芽率明显降低,胚根、芽、子叶的生长受到明显抑制作用。各参试材料的辐射敏感性从大到小依次为:10号>11号>6号>4号>2号>1号;1号的适宜辐射剂量为0~131.01 kR,2号为0~128.68 kR,4号为0~116.77 kR,6号为0~114.44 kR,10号为0~85.96 kR,11号为0~106.53 kR。结论]该研究可为多花木蓝的辐射育种提供理论依据。

Study on the Radiation Sensitivity and Optimum Dosage of Indigofera amblyantha

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to discuss the radiation sensitivity and optimum radiation dosage of several new strains of Indigofera amblyantha.Method] Using dry seeds of 6 new strains of I.amblyantha as materials,the effects of different radiation dosage on the germination capability of I.amblyantha seeds were studied to seek the optimum radiation dosage.Result] After radiation treatment,the radiation dosage and the seed germination rate of new strain of I.amblyantha showed a negative correlation.With the increase of radiation dosage,the relative germination rate of the seeds of all test materials significantly decreased,and the growth of radicles,buds and cotyledons were obviously inhibited.The radiation sensitivity order of all test materials was No.10 No.11 No.6 No.4 No.2 No.1.And the optimum radiation dosage of 60Coγ irradiation for No.1,No.2,No.4,No.6,No.10 and No.11 were 0-131.01,0-128.68,0-116.77,0-114.44,0-85.96 and 0-106.53 kR respectively.Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for the radioactive breeding of I.amblyantha.
