濒危植物香果树叶片次生代谢产物含量分析

摘    要:
对不同样地香果树叶片的鞣质、生物碱、皂甙、绿原酸、总黄酮、总酚和游离蒽醌等7种次生代谢产物的含量进行了测定与分析。结果表明:①香果树叶片中均含有这7种次生代谢产物,其次生代谢产物总量以干坑最高,大盘山次之,庐山最低。其大小顺序为干坑>大盘山>华顶山>括苍山>钱江源>庐山。②7种次生代谢产物在不同样地的含量不同;其中,鞣质以大盘山样地最高,生物碱、总黄酮、游离蒽醌的含量以庐山样地最高,皂甙、绿原酸的含量以括苍山样地最高,总酚的含量以干坑样地最高。③不同样地各次生代谢产物具有一定的相关性,生物碱、游离蒽醌与总黄酮之间具有极显著正相关,游离蒽醌与生物碱之间具有显著正相关,游离蒽醌与总酚之间具有显著负相关。④系统聚类分析显示,6个样地可聚为3类,大盘山、华顶山、钱江源、括苍山聚成一类,庐山、干坑分别单独成一类。

Abstract:
The content of seven secondary metabolites,such as tannin,alkaloid,saponin,chlorogenic acid,total flavonoids,total phenol and emodin in the leaf of Emmenopterys henryig,an endangered plant,collected from different plots (GK,DPS,HDS,KCS,QJY and LS) was determined and analyzed.The results showed that firstly,the total content of seven secondary metabolites in the leaf from GK was the highest.That in the leaf from DPS took the second place and that in the leaf from LS was the lowest.The content was in a decreasing order of GK,DPS,HDS,KCS,QJY and LS.Secondly,there was different in the content of the seven secondary metabolites from different plots.The content of tannin in the leaf from DPS was the highest,while the content of alkaloid,total flavonoids and emodin in the leaf from LS was the highest.The content of saponin and chlorogenic acid in the leaf from KCS was the highest,while the content of total phenol in the leaf from GK was the highest.Thirdly,there was certain correlation among the content of seven secondary metabolites from different plots.There was extremely significant positive correlation between alkaloid or emodin and total flavonoids and significant positive correlation between emodin and alkaloid,while there was significant negative correlation between emodin and total phenol.Fourthly,systematic cluster analysis showed that six plots could be clustered into three groups.DPS,HDS,QJY and KCS were clustered into one group while LS and GK became one group by itself.
