| 摘 要： | 为探讨食品保鲜剂海藻酸成膜基质奶牛乳头药浴可行性及临床应用效果研制海藻酸钠成膜基质奶牛乳头药浴液,并进行了实验室检测与临床应用试验效果评估。结果表明:海藻酸钠成膜基质对动物皮肤无显微病理损伤;对奶牛乳腺炎临床分离菌株大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌及无乳链球菌30s杀菌率均达99.99%以上,6个月杀菌率可达98.99%以上;部分奶牛场临床乳腺炎发病率平均降低3%,隐性乳腺炎发病率平均下降12%。研究结果显示,食品保鲜剂海藻酸钠成膜基质奶牛乳头药浴液为安全无毒级别,可有效杀灭奶牛乳腺炎的常见致病菌,可用于奶牛挤奶后乳头的药浴。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the feasibility and clinical application of teat dipping coating agent with sodium alginate film-forming matrix,a new teat dipping coating agent was developed,and the effect was evaluated by laboratory test and clinical application test.The results showed that this product had no micro pathological damage to the animal skin and could kill the bacteria of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus lactis,with a sterilization rate of 99.99%within 30 s and 98.99%in 6 months.In some dairy farms,the incidence of clinical mastitis and recessive mastitis reduced by 3%and 12%,respectively.The results revealed that this product is safe and non-toxic,and it can effectively kill the common pathogenic bacterium of bovine mastitis,which could be used for nipple dipping after milking. |
