兰州大尾羊体重和体尺的相关性研究

摘    要:为建立兰州大尾羊体重与各体尺间的最优回归方程,利用SPSS 22.0软件对116只兰州大尾羊体重与体尺数据进行相关性分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析,并对其相关系数进行分解,获取体重与体尺之间的最优回归模型。结果显示:体斜长(X 1)、胸宽(X 2)和体高(X 3)这3个体尺性状与兰州大尾羊体重(Y)之间具有极显著相关性(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.852、0.488、0.646。兰州大尾羊体尺对体重的最优回归方程为:Y=-105.805+1.455X 1+0.751X 2+0.481X 3(R=0.852,P<0.01)。试验结果表明,体斜长、胸宽和体高对兰州大尾羊体重影响显著,选育时应重点考虑。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to establish the optimal regression equation of the body weight and body size traits of Lanzhou Big-tailed Sheep,and to provide theoretical support for the further selection and breeding practice.The phenotypic correlations,path coefficients and stepwise regression analysis between the body weight and body sizes of 116 Lanzhou Fat-tailed sheep were performed using SPSS 22.0 software.The optimum regression equation of the body weight and body size traits was established through the stepwise regression analysis.The showed indicated that Body Length(X 1),Chest Width(X 2)and Body Height(X 3)showed extremely significant correlation with the body weight of Lanzhou Fat-tailed sheep(P<0.01),and the correlation coefficient was 0.852,0.488 and 0.646,respectively.The optimal regression equation between the body weight(Y)and body size traits was Y=-105.805+1.455X 1+0.751X 2+0.481X 3(R=0.852,P<0.01).The result suggested that,in breeding practice of Lanzhou Fat-tailed sheep,the choice of Body Length(X 1),Chest Width(X 2)and Body Height(X 3)should be evaluated,then the influence on other body sizes was considered.
