硫、6-BA、水分和温度对春小麦硝酸还原酶活性的影响
摘    要:采用活体测定法,研究了硫、6-苄氨基腺嘌呤6-BA、不同生育时期的水分的温度对春小麦硝酸还原酶活性(NRA)的影响。结果表明:硫营养对春小麦幼苗NRA有明显的促进作用;6-BA具有提高春小麦幼苗NRA的作用,1×10-7g/L的效应最为明显;适宜的温度和水分可提高春小麦植株体内的NRA,而干旱胁迫会使NRA急剧降低,抗旱品种的NRA高于不抗旱品种

Effects of Sulphate, 6-Benzylaminopurine,Moisture and Temperature on NRA in Spring Wheat
Abstract:Effects of sulphate nutrition, 6-benzylaminopuirine (6-BA), temperature and moisture content on nitrate reductase activity (NRA) were studied with living plant determination on spring wheat. The result showed that sulphate nutrition accelerated NRA, 1×10 -7 g / L 6-BA increased NRA striking, the suitable home temperature and moisture content had the same effect, but drought sharply decreased NRA. Drought resistance varieties had higher NRA than those with drought susceptibility.
