摘    要:无损检测技术的应用范围越来越广泛,但现有的比较成熟的无损检测技术在实践应用中都有各自的优缺点和局限性。红外热像技术因其具有测量速度快、测量结果直观形象及测量精度高等优点逐渐被人们认识并应用到多个领域。本文介绍红外热像技术的基本原理,对红外热像技术在复合材料内部制造缺陷检测、建筑节能检测、电力设备检测等领域中的研究进展进行分析和总结,在此基础上通过分析木材内部缺陷与红外辐射场强之间的关系,对红外热像技术在木材无损检测中应用的可行性进行探讨。

Abstract:The application scope of non-destructive testing technology is getting xnore and more widespread, but existing fairly mature non-destructive technology has relative merits and limitations respectively in application. Infrared thermal imaging technology is recognized and applied in many respects gradually by the people, because of its speedy measuring, visualization of measurement restdts and high measurement precision. The fundamental principle of Infrared thermal imaging technology was introduced. The summary in infrared thermal image technology flaw inspection in the compound materials interior manufacture, the examination of construction energy conservation, and the examination of power equipment were analyzed and summarized. Potential application of infrared thermal imaging technology in the lumber non-destructive inspection was forecasted.
