私营企业融资难问题的分析与思考

私营企业作为我国经济新的增长点在国民经济生活中发挥着愈益重要的作用.但是,私营企业在缓慢的发展中遇到了“融资难”问题,并成为阻碍其发展的顽症,严重限制了私营企业的发展,特别是“融资难”还引起了非法融资、金融风险和金融腐败等一系列问题.要解决私营企业的融资困难,必须动员政府、社会、国有银行和私营企业等各方面的力量,加快金融体系改革步伐,建立市场化运作的信贷担保体系,推进私营企业更大范围的发展.

Analysis and discussion on the financial problem of private enterprises

As one of the new development points of our national economic growth,the private enterprises are playing a more vital role in national eonomic.But in the recent years slow development process,the private enterprises have confronted with the financial problem,and the problem has become a stubborn illness,which seriously limited the private enterprises' development.Furthermore,the financial proplem has also caused a series of drawbacks,such as illegal financing,the financial risk and the financial corruption and so on.In order to solve private enterprises' financial difficult,we should mobilize all aspects' strength,including the government,the society,the state-owned banks and the private enterprises.At the same time,we also should speed up the financial system's reform step,and establish the marketability operation and credit guarantee system to prove the private enterprises advancing in a wide range development.
