| 摘 要： | 为了探究如何保持有机完整性即有机产品质量、有机生产技术与管理和目的意义的完整性,从有机农业的四大原则入手,阐述了有机完整性的具体涵义.内容包括：（1）健康原则要求保持有机产品质量的完整性;（2）生态原则要求保持有机农场生产技术和管理的完整性;（3）公平、关爱原则要求保持有机产品开发目的意义的完整性.全面理解有机农业基本原则的内涵对于指导有机农业科学发展,理解保持有机完整性等均具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | In order to investigate how to maintain organic integrity of organic product quality, production management , objective and significance, the paper explained it based on the basic principles of organic agriculture. The main content was： （1） the health principle requires to keep the integrity of organic product quality;（2） The ecology principle requires to keep the integrity of organic technology and management;（3） The fairness and care principles require to keep the integrity of objective and significance of organic development. To understand the basic principles of oraganic farming comprehensively could lead organic development in the scientific way and help maintain organic integrity correctly. |
