摘    要:为研究花粉中矿质元素含量与营养价值问题,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES),测定经干化与湿化法处理的板栗、梨、青杆、白皮松花粉中B、Mg、K、Ca、Cr、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn等9种矿质元素含量.结果表明:4种花粉富含对人体有益的常量和必需的微量元素.矿质元素含量存在物种差异,即同一种矿质元素在不同的物种含量不同,其中,Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu在板栗花粉中含量最多,Zn、B、Cr在梨花粉中含量最多,板栗次之;K在青杆花粉中含量最高.同一物种花粉含有的矿质元素含量也不同.本测定结果为开发4种花粉资源提供一些理论依据.前处理方法上湿化法较优于干化法,精密度较高.

Abstract:In order to study mineral elements content and nut~tional value of pollen, the content of mineral elements such as B, Mg, K, Ca, Cr, Mn, Fe, Cu, Zn were determined by wet and dry digestion-inductively coupled with plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) in pollen of chestnut, pear, Pinus bungeana Zucc and Picea wilsonii Mast. Results showed that all of the pollen was abundant in beneficial and necessary elements for people. The content of mineral elements varied among four species. Five mineral elements were relatively higher in chestnut including Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and three mineral elements were higher in pear (Zn, B, Cr) pollen than others. The content of K was highest in Picea wilsonff pollen. The content of various mineral elements were different in the same species. The measurement results provided some theoretical basis for the development of four kinds of pollen resources. The method of wet digestion was better than dry treatment and with higher precision.
