| 摘 要： | 遗传多样性是当前生物学研究的重要内容之一。本文阐明了家畜遗传多样性的概念及研究的重要意义，并详细论述了遗传多样性在ＤＮＡＩ 的几种常用检测方法，同时对它们的应用范围，应用避限和应用趋势进行了评价。
