禽沙门菌病检测技术研究进展

摘    要:禽沙门菌病是家禽养殖领域中的常见病与高发病,给家禽产业中造成严重的经济损失,同时也严重威胁着禽产品消费者的健康安全.文章从沙门菌分类学、禽沙门菌流行血清型、快速检测技术以及分子分型技术等方面阐述了当前禽沙门菌的研究进展,以期为禽沙门菌病的防治提供参考.

Abstract:Avian salmonellosis is a common disease and high prevalent in poultry,causing serious losses to the poultry industry,and also seriously threatening the health and safety of poultry product consumers.In this article,we systematically reviewed the current research progress of avian salmonellosis including Salmonella taxonomy,main epidemic serotypes of avian Salmonella,rapid detection technology and molecular typing technology to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of avian salmonellosis.
