| Abstract: | The L.ruthenicum Murr.is mainly distributed in the arid region of Northwest China and is rich in anthocyanins,proanthocyanidins,polysaccharides,flavonoids,betaine etc.It plays an important role in health care such as anti-oxidation,anti-fatigue,anti-aging,blood sugar lowering,blood lipid lowering,and prevention of atherosclerosis.In recent years,it is favored by people.At present,L.ruthenicum Murr.is mainly sold in the form of dried fruit,but the research on its deep processing is less,therefore,the product utilization rate of L.ruthenicum Murr.is not high and the development of related industries is relatively slow.This article summarized the characteristics,effective ingredients and product development of the L.ruthenicum Murr.,and prospect the development prospects of L.ruthenicum Murr.,which aims to provide a reference for the further research and development of the L. ruthenicum Murr. |
