喷施醋酸钙对蓝莓果实发育过程中关键品质的影响

摘    要:探讨不同浓度醋酸钙对蓝莓果实品质的影响,为蓝莓品质调控提供理论依据。以‘粉蓝’为试材,从盛花后10 d开始,并每隔10 d在选取的蓝莓树上喷施醋酸钙,醋酸钙溶液浓度设置为0.3%、0.6%、1.0%,以喷施蒸馏水为对照,研究喷施醋酸钙对蓝莓果实关键品质的影响。结果表明,喷施醋酸钙溶液可有效提高蓝莓果实发育过程中的可溶性糖、花色苷、总酚含量及发育后期类黄酮含量,降低可滴定酸含量,提升糖酸比,其中以0.6%醋酸钙处理效果最好,说明喷施适宜浓度醋酸钙可有效提高蓝莓果实品质。相关性分析表明,花色苷与可溶性糖、糖酸比呈极显著正相关,与可滴定酸呈显著或极显著负相关,其中以0.6%醋酸钙处理各指标相关性最显著,说明能提高细胞内糖含量的因素都可以不同程度地促进花色苷的合成。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of different concentrations of calcium acetate on the quality of blueberry fruit,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for blueberry quality control.Take‘Powderblue’as the test material,calcium acetate was sprayed on selected blueberry fruit trees every 10 days starting from 10 days after flowering.The concentration of calcium acetate solution was 0.3%,0.6%,1.0%respectively,and spraying distilled water was set as the control.The effects of spraying calcium acetate on blueberries and fruit quality were studied.The results showed that exogenous spraying calcium acetate solution could effectively improve the blueberry fruit development in the process of anthocyanins,soluble total sugar,total phenol and late development of flavonoids content,reduce the titratable acid content,enhance sugar acid ratio,among which 0.6%calcium acetate had the best treatment effect,indicating that spraying suitable concentration of calcium acetate could effectively improve the quality of blueberry fruit.The correlation analysis of each index showed that anthocyanin was significantly positively correlated with soluble total sugar and glycolic acid ratio,while negatively correlated with titratable acid.Among them,all indexes treated with 0.6%calcium acetate had the most significant correlation,indicating that all factors that can improve intracellular sugar content can promote anthocyanin synthesis of fruit to different degrees.
