摘    要:诺如病毒(Norovirus,NoV)是引起人类病毒性胃肠炎的主要病原之一,食用感染NoV的果蔬而患病的病例日渐增多,因此受到国内外学者的广泛关注。但果蔬基质的特殊性和低剂量感染等特点,给食源性NoV的检测提出了挑战。本文在大量分析研究国内外相关文献的基础上,就果蔬中NoV的分离、富集和检测方法进行了全面论述,为果蔬中NoV的研究提供参考,有利于探索果蔬中NoV检测的新方法,防范NoV的污染和感染,保障食品安全。

Abstract:Norovirus(NoV)is one of the main pathogens that cause human viral gastroenteritis.There were many cases of illness caused by eating fruits and vegetables infected by NoV,which have attracted wide attention from scholars at home and abroad.The special nature of fruit and vegetable substrates and the characteristics of low-dose infections pose a challenge to the detection of food-borne NoV.Based on a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,this article made a comprehensive discussion on the isolation,enrichment and detection of NoV in vegetables and fruits,in order to provide reference for the development of NoV research in vegetables and fruits,to develop new detection methods of NoV in vegetables and fruits,to prevent the contamination and infection of NoV,and to ensure food safety.
