摘    要:为探讨不同牧草对林下鸡生长性能的影响,试验通过在放牧地人工种植反枝苋、菊苣、饲用油菜等3种牧草,对林下鸡生长性能、屠宰性能、肉质和免疫器官指数等指标进行测定和比较。结果显示:反枝苋、菊苣、饲用油菜等具有良好的适口性;在产量充足的前提下,饲用油菜和菊苣能显著提高鸡的生长速度;与对照组相比,牧草对屠宰性能的活体重、屠宰率和全净膛率等指标有不同程度的影响,对半净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率无影响;牧草组饲料转化比均低于对照组,其中菊苣组最低,饲用油菜组次之;菊苣组和对照组脾脏指数显著高于反枝苋组和饲用油菜组,而死淘率、肉质风味性状在组间差异不显著。研究表明,反枝苋、菊苣和饲用油菜对鸡的生产性能有促进作用,可以作为饲料替代应用于林下鸡生产。

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different pastures on production performance of free-range chicken in the grove,three kinds of pastures,including redroot pigweed(Amaranthus retroflexus L.),chicory(Cichorium intybus L.)and forage rape(Brassica napus L.),were planted artificially on the grazing site to measure the growth performance,slaughter traits,meat quality and immune organ index of chicken.The results showed that redroot pigweed,chicory and forage rape had good palatability.On the premise of sufficient yield,chicory and forage rape could significantly increase the growth rate of chicken.Compared with the control group,herbage had different degrees of positive effects on the indicators of slaughter traits,such as slaughter weight,dressed percentage and percentage of eviscerate yield,but had no effects on percentage of half-eviscerate yield,breast muscle and leg muscle.The fed conversion rate of forage group was lower than that of control group,among which the chicory group was the best,followed by the forage rape group.The spleen index of chicory group and control group was significantly higher than that of redroot pigweed group and forage rape group.It′s suggested that redroot pigweed,chicory and forage rape could promote chicken′s production performance and act as alternative feed resource in free-range chicken production.
