摘    要:本研究以转bar基因水稻"HR"为供体,两系法亚种间杂交稻优势组合"两优培九"的恢复系"9311"为受体,经过3次回交转育成了对Basta除草剂具有抗性的9311近等基因系"9311HR",经PCR分析确认已导入bar基因.比较试验表明,9311HR及其与"培矮64S"配制的杂种的产量、米质、抗性等主要农艺性状分别与9311和两优培九十分相似.表明通过回交将

Abstract:A new transgenic rice "9311HR" resistant to herbicide "Basta" was bred by transferring the bar gene from the donor, a genetically modified organism (GMO) "HR" obtained by biolistic method, into the breeding line "9311", a restorer of the hybrid "Liangyoupeijiu" by successive backcrossing. PCR analysis confirmed that "9311HR" showed positive reaction of the bar gene. "9311HR" and its hybrid with TGMS line "Peiai 64S" were very similar to "9311" and "Liangyoupeijiu" respectively in yield performance, grain quality, resistance to diseases and other agronomic traits. The results confirmed that to transfer bar gene into other variety by backcrossing is a simple and effective approach to getting a new rice variety resistant to herbicide "Basta".
