摘    要:采用盆栽试验,研究了烟草对汞的吸收规律及3种修复剂对减少烟草吸收土壤重金属汞的效果。结果表明:生长前期烟草体内汞含量的分布为根>叶>茎,烟草由根部向根上部运转汞能力不强;烟草体内不同部位在不同生长时期汞含量也发生变化;3种修复剂均不同程度地减少了烟草不同部位重金属汞的含量,同时也改变了烟草根的吸收系数、初级转移系数和次级转移系数,增加了烟草的生物量,起到了提高烟草健康品质和产量的作用。

Abstract:The experiments in effect of different remediators on tobacco growth and the reduction of Hg contents in tobaccos were carried out. Tobaccos were planted in contaminated soils contained 1 mg/kg Hg. The content of Hg and the biomass of different parts during different growth periods were investigated with the application of three kinds of remediators. The results showed that the content of Hg in different parts of tobaccos was different during different periods. Three remediators to some degree reduced Hg contents in different parts of tobaccos. Meanwhile, they changed root adsorption index, primary transportation index and secondary transportation index,and increased the biomass of tobaccos. Bone powder, activated carbon and attapulgite was the good remediators that improved tobacco quality and yield.
