蓟州国家气象观测站迁站数据对比分析及评估

本文采用对比观测资料差值、差值标准差、降水量累计相对差值、风向相符率及显著性检验等资料评估技术方法，对蓟州国家气象观测站2015年1—12月迁站前后新、旧站观测资料进行综合分析。结果表明：新址各对比观测要素数据与旧址同期观测的数据差异不大，一致性较高；新、旧址个别月份相对湿度、风速等要素离散性较大，主要原因为周边探测环境的改变。新址观测资料具有可用性。

Comparative analysis and evaluation on data comparison after relocating Jizhou national meteorological observatory station

In this paper, the observation data of the old and new stations before and after the relocation of Jizhou National Meteorological Observatory from January to December, 2015 are comprehensively analyzed by means of data evaluation techniques such as comparison observation data difference, difference standard deviation, accumulated relative difference of precipitation, wind direction coincidence rate and significance test of observation data difference. Through analysis, it is concluded that there is little difference between the data of each comparison observation element of the new station and the data observed at the same period of the old station, and the consistency is high. However, the relative humidity, wind speed and other factors of the new and old stations are discrete in individual months, which is mainly due to the change of surrounding detection environment. According to the above results, the observation data of the new site is available.
