| 摘 要： | 2000年9月至2003年9月,在大通县青林、多林、逊让、向化等9个乡镇开展了安格斯牛、荷斯坦、皮埃蒙特牛冷冻胚胎移植工作。经过对298头当地黄牛母牛及杂交母牛进行了诱导同期发情,结果获得93.29%的同期发情率和38.13%的黄体合格率。对于黄体合格的106头母牛进行了安格斯、荷斯坦、皮埃蒙特牛冷冻胚胎移植,获得移植妊娠率42.5%。

| Abstract: | From September 2000 to September 2003, frozen embryo transplantation of Angus, Holstein and Piedmontese was operated in nine towns in Datong County. 298 heads cows of local yellow cattle and its crossbred progeny were introduced for estrus. The isochronous estrus rate and yellow body eligibility were 93.29% and 8.19%. 106 cows with eligible yellow body were transplanted with frozen embryo of Angus, Holstein and Piedmontese. Gestation percentage was 42.5%. |
