| 摘 要： | 贸工农一体化已逐步成为农村经济发展的一条重要途径。通过分析贸工农一体化经营的形成、特点活动方式，总结了企业在贸工农一体化发展中的作用，认为企业是贸工农一体化发展的关键，并提出了突出重点，培植龙头企业。发展贸工农一体化的主要措施是政府制订倾斜政策，优化外部环境；企业自身要分析综合优势，创出特色；社会要健全服务体系，提供配套服务。

| Abstract: | The integration of trade-industry-agriculture has gradually become an important approach to develop rural economy. Through analysing its formation,characteristics and manners, the thesis summarized the function of enterprises in developing the integralon of trade-industry-agriculture. The enlerprises are the key and head enterprises should be fostered as major points. Main measures to develop the integration of trade-industry-agriculture are that, the government must formulate some favourable policies and optimize external surroundings; the enterprises should analyse their own comprehensive superiority so as to create characteristics; the society should perfect service system, and provide a complete set of services. |
