热油管道与土壤环境间不稳定传热的耦合研究

摘    要:通过对因输量、加热温度等因素引起的埋地热油管道非稳态运行过程的研究,提出了以管外壁与土壤交界处的热流量作为耦合参数的数学模型,并给出了热流量的简单有效的处理方法.以大量的算例为基础,对实际运行数据和计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了该模型及方法的合理性,其处理方法为埋地热油管道非稳态问题的研究提供了一种新的思路.

Abstract:Regarding the study of transient operations for buried hot oil pipelines, resulted from changes of throughput and heating temperature, the mathematical model, where the flux between the outer wall of pipeline and soil acts as the coupling parameter,is put forward and one simple and effective method to calculate the flux is also presented in the paper. On the basis of examples, the rationality of the model and method is proofed according to the contrast and analysis between actual data and calculated results, which provides a new idea to the future study of transient problems for buried hot oil pipeline.
